PiggyButler

About

Built for the business that answers its own email.

PiggyButler started with a small business owner answering customers for more than one business, and finding that every help desk was either a shared inbox with no memory or a suite built for a call centre. So we built the part in between.

What we believe

A few things we will not compromise on.

  • Simple is a feature.

Every screen should be obvious the first time you see it. If something needs a training session, we have built it wrong.

  • The price should not punish growth.

You pay for the account, not for each person you hire or each business you run. A team that grows should not get a bigger bill for the same software.

  • AI suggests. People decide.

AI drafts replies from your own articles, and nothing reaches a customer's inbox unless a person on your team sends it. The help-centre assistant only repeats what you have already published, and says when it does not know.

  • Your customers' information is not ours.

Every business's tickets, contacts and internal notes are protected by rules in the database itself, so only that business's own team can see them. We use them only to run the service for you.

  • Support history is evidence.

Tickets are resolved, never deleted, and every change of status, owner or priority is recorded — who, when, and what it was before.

See whether it fits.
