Questions about pricing

Who counts as a person?
Anyone who can sign in to your account, across all your businesses — and anyone you have invited who has not joined yet. Solo covers 2. Team has no limit.
What counts as an email?
Replies your team sends and invitations to new people. The automatic "we have your message" acknowledgement is not counted against your allowance, and email you receive is never counted.
What counts as an AI use?
One reply draft, or one answer from the help-centre assistant. Both draw from the same monthly allowance.
What happens when the AI uses run out?
Drafts pause and the assistant quietly steps off your help centre until the allowance resets next month — or until you buy 500 more for $5. Everything else keeps working.
What if we send more email than the plan includes?
Your replies keep going out, and a block of 2,500 more emails is added to your bill for $10 each time the allowance is used up.
What happens if the trial ends, or a payment fails?
Your account becomes read-only for replies, sending, AI drafts and invitations. Your help centre and incoming email keep working, and nothing is deleted. Choosing a plan restores everything at once.
Can I run more than one business?
Yes. Every business you run is included in one account and one price — up to ten, and more if you ask.
How do I manage my plan, card and invoices?
From the Billing page in your account. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
